Original lineup illustration by Audrey Schilt. Created for Ralph Lauren and displayed for the design team during development of the Spring 2004 Ready-to-Wear collection (studio Spectator group); a multi-figure working sketch with refined runway character, executed in markers.
Three figures model sporty, spectator-inspired separates: crisp white walking shorts paired with saturated knit tops and matching headwear, a sleeveless roll-neck shell with small shoulder bag in berry at left, a scoop-neck long-sleeve sweater with headband in deep teal at center, and a short-sleeve crew-neck with narrow belt and cap in red at right. Each look is finished with over-the-knee stockings (berry, teal, and red) and classic two-tone black-and-white spectator high-heel pumps. Rendered in markers with dynamic line and shading.
One of a kind, signed and matted presentation, suitable for framing.
